Warrington Deaf Centre
Equipment Aids Room for Hearing Loss
This specially designed Equipment Aids Room has been set up by Warrington Borough Council in partnership with Warrington & District Society for Deaf People. It contains an extensive range of equipment to support people with hearing loss, as well as information and equipment to support people with sight loss. The equipment can be provided free on loan to individuals following an assessment of their needs by skilled, experienced and friendly staff, who will also be able to offer advice on social work support, volunteering, befriending services and hearing aid solutions.
This facility helps to raise the profile and awareness of hearing loss and is much appreciated by those who have been helped by the service. If you would like to visit the Equipment Aids Room please call into Warrington Deaf Centre on a Wednesday afternoon between 1pm-4pm or contact the Sensory & Telecare Services Team at Warrington Borough Council: Tel: 01925 443322
